when salt-and-pepper prawns is perfect
fried rice it's a love story my friends
here it is my salt and pepper fried rice
some people prawns one of my all-time
favorites and fried rice of course why
not pair them together so we get all of
that epic savory fried rice and there's
or punchy pops of the pepper I mean I
hate to say the word genius but can I
say the word genius I don't know if I
can call myself a genius I don't know I
would never do that but anyway let's
make this awesome fried rice I'm gonna
start off by making a salt and pepper
mix now this one is like a kiba recipe
make a double batch keep this salt and
pepper mix for like all sorts of
different things sprinkle it on your
eggs in the morning on a grilled piece
of chicken it's really great what you
need is some fish onto the corn and
these guys are great they kind of give
you like a numbing tingling sensation
love them and then some black pepper as
well and I just want these to heat up
and release some of their aroma and
flavor alright that's looking pretty
good
and now just grind that to a fine powder
the special-purpose ones really do have
like a beautiful citrus aroma to them
beautiful and now add a little bit of
salt here not too much because I do want
to be able to use this liberally because
I love that Shepherd flavor but the salt
just makes it pop a little more okay my
friends now that is one powerful little
punch of seasoning there use it wisely
now just need to get my eggs ready and
now time to make the magic happen a
little bit of oil and some garlic and
onions
[Music]
now I'm gonna add a micron and then
let's get some of that magic dust in
there
now just when those columns are turning
a beautiful paint I'm gonna add in my
egg it's just that tough absurd
[Music]
and now my right so this is just say old
rocks that I cooked yesterday and I
thought actually a video on how to make
rice it specifically the fried rice on
my channel if you want to check it out
now some soy sauce and this and then use
a little secret ingredient my mom always
puts like a dash of Savannah fried rice
Who am I to argue with my Thai mother
that would be dangerous
and that really good smattering of
sanyas what's cold 40s
and that is looking pretty perfect in my
opinion that I feel quite now let's go
with a little more heat here I'm gonna
add even more pepper to the top some
might call me a sucker for punishment I
just call it I don't know I love pepper
and there you go guys a really simple
fried rice but Wow
that extra pepper hit really does make
things through the special let's see
shall we
if you know a good fried glass really is
a joy to behold
you really are oh I love that pepper
flavor Sichuan pepper in particular and
just add such a stir group on the kick
young
